The Garden State was hit with more storms Monday, which prompted a flood watch in central and southwestern portions of the state.
The heavier rain hit New Jersey between 7 a.m. and 9 a.m. Roads in Bound Brook hadn't started to flood yet, but the town is currently in the process of a flood control project due to frequent flooding. That project is expected to be complete in November 2010.
Meanwhile, drivers were urged to use caution on the roads during the wet conditions.
