It has been one year since a 14-year-old was found dead in a Newark dumpster, and her family?s call for justice is still strong.Supporters gathered outside Judy Cajuste's high school on Chestnut Street in Roselle Thursday to remind the public and investigators that a killer remains on the loose. Investigators say after track practice, Cajuste was waiting in front of Abraham Clark High School for a ride home. When her ride didn?t show, Cajuste started walking home with fellow students. Those students say they got about two blocks, when Cajuste said she had to go back to the school. That was the last time Cajuste was seen alive. Police say the next day her nude, strangled body was found in a dumpster. John Giovanni, whose own daughter Nicole was murdered in 2005, says investigators are juggling too many cases and ignoring Cajuste?s case. Officials from the Essex County prosecutor's office, however, say that is not true and the search for Cajuste's killer goes on.
