Tourists at the Jersey Shore say sightings of red foxes are up on the boardwalk in Ocean City.
It is believed that at least five fox dens are located in the town, one likely under the boardwalk on the north end. The young foxes come out at dusk and dawn, according to residents.
Tourists have taken several videos of the fox sightings. Large crowds gathered to see the foxes and some people have even been spotted feeding them. Other videos show some of the foxes coming right up to people to beg for food.
Authorities advise visitors not to feed the foxes and to keep their distance, since they are wild animals.
