Four young men, two of which were juveniles, turned themselves in to police for a suspected ?dine and dash? in Pequannock.
The owner of Plaza 23 Diner supplied police with surveillance photos after the incident. The diner owner says the group ordered $75 worth of food, and then took off without paying. Police say when people eat and run, they usually go into a bathroom and then never return to their table. Police add that that plan is not foolproof because surveillance technology is on restaurants? sides.
After turning themselves in, the four young men paid full restitution to the diner. They are now waiting for a court date, where they will most likely have to pay a fine for theft of services.
