This week's Food Truck Friday guest is El Lechon de Negron, which specializes in authentic Puerto Rican pig roast and cuisine.
Founded in 2012 by the Negron family, the El Lechon de Negron food truck has been spreading Latin flavor all over New Jersey. The food truck is often found at a local curbside location, farmers market or festival.
El Lechon de Negron’s full menu ranges from traditional classic dishes to some original creations. Due to popular demand, El Lechon de Negron has also opened a brick and mortar location in Union.
