The unseasonably warm September and October weather, along with a lack of rainfall, will likely dull fall foliage heading into peak season, environmental experts say.
News 12’s Jim Murdoch traveled to Northwest Jersey Sunday to observe the effect of above-average temperatures on foliage.

News 12 Meteorologist Michele Powers says the high temperatures along with abnormally dry conditions will likely result in dull foliage the rest of the month.
