A local favorite celebrated the grand opening of a new location Monday. 

Fleetwood Bakery Shop is now open at 57 Wheeler Ave. in Pleasantville, in addition to its Mount Vernon location. 

Fleetwood Bakery Shop is family-owned and operated and specializes in one-of-a-kind wedding cakes, birthday cakes, specialty cakes and pastries.

At Monday's grand opening, News 12 spoke with Enzo Cutaia, one of the owners of Fleetwood Bakery Shop. Cutaia shared what first-time customers of Fleetwood Bakery Shop can expect. 

"As soon as you walk in that door, you're going to feel like this is home," Cutaia said. "We're family and that's the connection we have with all our customers."

As for a must-try Fleetwood specialty baked good, Cutaia says to try their fresh cannolis with homemade cannoli cream and their lobster tails.
