Valentine's Day for 2007 is a messy one across New Jersey.The first major storm of the season closed hundreds of schools and created dangerous conditions on the roads. Forecasters say the brunt of the storm is expected to hit the northern part of New Jersey.Crews were proactive on Tuesday by salting roads and railroad platforms before the storm hit. In Manasquan Wednesday, there was heavy rain and flooding which caused flooding on many side roads.
