Around 200 Spotswood HS students return to school from quarantine

Today was the first day back at school from quarantine for around 200 Spotswood High School students.

Today was the first day back at school from quarantine for around 200 Spotswood High School students.

The students had to quarantine after a few COVID-19 positive cases popped up following the homecoming dance.
Homecoming was on Saturday, Oct. 9. At least three cases were confirmed last week. Some students say their classes were only half-full because of how many students had to stay home.

Students were told they did not have to wear a mask when on the dance floor of their indoor homecoming dance.
In Spotswood, 58% of the population is vaccinated. When it comes to 12- to 17-year-old's, 45% are fully vaccinated.
