Firefighters in Jersey City braved the cold temperatures to bring a fire under control on Pacific Avenue just off Communipaw Avenue this morning.
It appears a couple of businesses, including a restaurant and a real estate company, as well as several apartments may have been affected if not destroyed.
This fire may have included a roof collapse, and some inside may also have been evacuated, but still working on confirmation.
The Red Cross confirms that it is helping a family of three.
The initial indication is that there are no injuries reported, but News 12's Tony Caputo is still waiting on official word.
No word yet on the cause or where the fire started.
