A fire broke out at the Palisades Interstate Parkway Police headquarters Wednesday.
The Daily Voice reports the fire went to four alarms because of problems with water pressure. The same building suffered a fire back in the 1970s.
"It's horrible, its truly horrible for the department,” says Palisades Park Interstate Commissioner Philip White. “It’s horrible for the commission, and it’s horrible for the people of New Jersey.”
White says there were no injuries in the fire.
“The help we have received from all the neighboring towns has just been extraordinary,” he said.
