Final preparations are being made for the private funeral services to be held Saturday in Newark for Whitney Houston.
Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder are expected to sing at the service. Houston's longtime musical mentor, Clive Davis, will speak at the funeral. The eulogy will be given by gospel singer and longtime family friend Marvin Winans.
The service will be at New Hope Baptist Church, where she sang as a child. She could be buried in Fair View Cemetery in Westfield, where her father, John Russell Houston Jr., was buried in 2003.

Houston was born in Newark and grew up in East Orange. She died in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Saturday at the age of 48.
