Event to honor Darren Drake Act, named after NJ man killed in NYC terror attack

Loved ones and local officials will gather in today to spotlight the work of the Darren Drake Foundation.
Darren Drake was one of eight people who died in the truck attack near the Hudson River in lower Manhattan six years ago.
A jury is now deliberating giving the death penalty for the attacker from Paterson.
The community will be joined by Drake’s family as they honor him and the bipartisan act named for him that was signed into law.
The Darren Drake Act developed practices for rental car agencies to report suspicious behavior.
