An Englewood man is facing an attempted murder charge for the shooting of a woman early Sunday morning on Charles Street, according to officials.

Prosecutors say 36-year-old Christian Parra-Pescoso fired at the victim multiple times, striking her once and injuring her arm and shoulder.

The victim was taken to HMH Hackensack University Medical Center and is expected to recover.

Parra-Pescoso was in the Bergen County Jail pending a court appearance as of Monday night.
