Beaches and water parks will be pretty popular places to cool off today as a heat wave is expected in parts of the Garden State.
Over the weekend, families in Middlesex County headed to a water park to try to relax.
Crystal Springs Family Waterpark made some changes due to the coronavirus pandemic, like limiting crowds and social distancing.
Many visitors said they were happy that the park was open.
"I bought my ticket two weeks ago for today, not knowing it would be 100 degrees, and I'm very glad I did. Five friends came with me, and we had an awesome day today in the pool," said Susan Ciorciari, of Highstown.
The park is open daily through Sept. 7.
