An East Brunswick police officer was rushed to the hospital Thursday after crashing his police cruiser.
The officer was traveling southbound on Route 18 when he crashed his vehicle into the concrete median. The officer was taken to Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
Initial reports said the officer was unresponsive, but is now in stable condition.
