Traffic was backed up for miles Thursday morning on Interstate 78 due to a dump truck accident, state police said.
Authorities said a dump truck crashed into an overpass in the eastbound lanes of the interstate near Exit 45 in Summit City.
News 12 Chopper showed motorists stuck in standstill traffic for miles around the scene. All lanes were reopened as of 8:30 a.m.
State police said no one was injured in the crash.
