4h agoPolice in Camden County are asking for help identifying a woman after a starved dog was found in a trash bag.
Officers were called to the Belmont Apartments in March after reports of a dog discovered in a dumpster.
The dog was still alive but severely malnourished and suffering from multiple injuries.
Police released an image of a woman they are calling a person of interest. Anyone who recognizes her is urged to contact the department or leave an anonymous tip at (856) 757-7590
