Freshman year is a major transition year for many students who will be living on their own for the first time. And with this transition comes some stress.

News 12 New Jersey spoke with Michael Bobbit, an assistant professor at the Counseling Education Department at Kean University, about ways incoming freshman can mitigate their stress.
