Fair weather will continue to move through the area Wednesday night. The weather will remain quiet. There will not be much of a breeze, but since the winds are slowly changing direction by becoming more south-westerly, it won't be as cold. The wind change will also help warm things nicely come Thursday.
TONIGHT: Mainly clear with lows around 41 degrees.
THURSDAY: A nice reprieve from the seasonable November chill with milder sunshine. Highs in the low- to mid-60s. (Normal is around 55.)
FRIDAY: Overall, it's not a bad day. Despite the abundance of clouds, the wind will keep temps in the low-60s. We’re waiting on a system to bring showers to the region. The time frame for rain would be 7 p.m. through 4 a.m. on Saturday. Nothing soaking, just bring an umbrella with you Friday night.
SATURDAY: Morning leftover showers giving way to sunshine. The winds pick up from the north, so it's going to get chillier as the day wears on.
SUNDAY: Fantastic day. Mostly sunny and cool with highs near 50 degrees.
COMING UP: Forecasting eyes will be trained on NEXT Wednesday, Nov. 22. Guidance is locking in on a solution that would bring rain and wind as the tri-state braces for the big travel day. Sloppy conditions could interfere with airport travel times and make roads slippery, slowing already clogged highways due to volume.
