It’s a little bit of pudge and not six-pack abs that make women swoon, according to a new survey.
A new study found that more than 60% of women surveyed preferred a man with a “dad bod” – a little less toned and a little more approachable.
The survey was commissioned by Planet Fitness as a celebration for Father’s Day.
"Our survey results show the majority of people think positively about dad bods, and men who identify as having them are proud of who they are. That's exactly how we want all of our members to feel,” Planet Fitness senior vice president of marketing Jessica Correa told The San Francisco Gate.
The survey by Kelton Global polled 2,006 American adults.
