Several police departments in Somerset County are marking Breast Cancer Awareness Month by wrapping their cruisers in pink.
The effort coincides with the 40th anniversary of Pink, a group dedicated to supporting patients battling breast cancer.
Somerset County revealed its custom vehicles yesterday, joining departments in Far Hills, Peapack, Branchburg and Manville.
"The mission is to raise awareness and fight disease… make sure nobody stands alone," said Sheriff Darrin J. Russo of the Somerset County Sheriff's Office.
