Court records show 18-year-old Robert Cuadra, who was shot and killed on Jan. 19 in Paterson, was unloading groceries when shots rang out.
According to records, Cuadra took cover behind his car.
Records show one shooter approached and dealt a deadly blow to Cuadra's head. The man is now wanted for murder.
Three others involved in the shooting are in custody for lesser charges, but several suspects remain at large.
