CDC: 7 people sick with salmonella in New Jersey from charcuterie meat

Charcuterie meat sold under brands, including New Jersey-based Fratelli Beretta, Aldi and Black Bear were recalled because federal regulators found they were under processed.

At least seven people in New Jersey got sick with salmonella due to deli meat, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
Charcuterie meat sold under brands, including New Jersey-based Fratelli Beretta, Aldi and Black Bear were recalled because federal regulators found they were under processed.
The risk of salmonella remains because of a long shelf life with best buy dates through July.
