"Class Action Park," a documentary on perhaps the most famous waterpark in New Jersey history, for a lot of the wrong reasons, is headed to HBO Max next week.
The documentary will highlight the Vernon waterpark that saw its share of mishaps, accidents, and even deaths. The park was connected with five deaths by 1987. Accidents generated a series of lawsuits and millions of dollars in settlements.
The park opened in 1978 and closed 18 years later, in part due to its ride-at-your-own-risk approach.
The show will premiere next Thursday at 3 a.m.
