A man has been sentenced to five years in prison for a fatal boating crash on Great Bay in Atlantic County.
Police say 44-year-old Jason Santo admitted he was drunk and speeding in the dark when he hit a buoy two years ago.
The crash killed 44-year-old Mark Risden from Tabernacle and injured two others.
Santo will also lose his boating license for five years.
