A boil water advisory in Newton put into place after a water main break on Thanksgiving has been lifted.
Newton officials say that the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection tested the water and all samples passed.
A 16-inch water main broke on Sparta Avenue Thursday knocking out water to the entire town and parts of neighboring towns.
A second water main break on Lake Avenue and a broken valve on Swartswood Road impacted parts of the town Tuesday.
