News 12 Tony Caputo was in Monmouth County Wednesday with a look at conditions there, and with more snow in the forecast for Thursday, many New Jersey residents are saying enough already.

But many like Caputo appreciate the bone chilling, toe numbing snows of winter over the mosquito infested, sweating backyards of summer.

“I enjoy running more in the winter time because I don’t like the heat,” says Susan Schreck, of Belmar. “You can dress for the winter, but when it’s hot, it’s hot, you know.”

The good news? Spring is only 41 days away.
