The Best of New Jersey made its way to the Middle East for a taste of Palestinian delicacies with a trip to Al-Basha restaurant in Paterson.
Known for their hummus and bread, Al-Basha offers much more at their dine-in and take-out locations on Crooks Avenue and Main Street. It's a great setting and great food. The restaurant will celebrate 25 years this Friday.
