A group of volunteers came out to Cedarwood Cemetery in Hazlet to help maintain the grounds.
The cemetery is without any oversight, so any cleaning needs to be done by volunteers.
They came out a few days in a row to mow, weed, and clean up the headstones.
Family members of those buried at the cemetery are pushing for there to be regular maintenance.
But until then, it is up to some “Jersey Proud” volunteers.
