Department has announced a dog picked up a bat that tested positive for rabies.
A resident’s dog
picked up the bat last Friday in
the vicinity of Ridge Road and Green Ridge
Lane.
The
health department says it's the third rabid animal in Middlesex County this
year, but the first in South Brunswick.
