A New Brunswick High School freshman has been charged for making
violent threats against the school, authorities say.
Detectives identified a 14-year-old Tuesday who they say sent a text message
earlier in the day threatening violence in a New Brunswick school.
The text message circulated via social media, causing fear and
concern amongst students, parents and school faculty.
The student suspect has been charged with creating a false public alarm in
the second degree, terroristic threats in the third degree,
and cyber harassment in the third degree.
