An AT&T employee accused of making a bomb threat against an Edgewater store was arrested on Saturday, according to police.

Authorities say they received a call reporting a bomb threat that afternoon at Target on 543 River Rd. Officers evacuated the store, which was deemed safe and reopened less than an hour later.

Investigators identified the suspect as 22-year-old sales representative Jossi Duarte. They say security footage captured her walking away from her work area, stopping at a nearby aisle and issuing the threat via cellphone.

Duarte was later apprehended at her home in West New York. The charges against her include false public alarm and making terroristic threats.
