The Asbury Park Music and Film festival, now in its fourth year, is taking over the city by the sea.
The
festival is unlike any other event of its kind. It explores and celebrates films and live performances in a city that is enjoying an artistic and economic renaissance.
Danny DeVito, who was born in Neptune Township, was back in town to be honored by his home state for his many contributions.
His birthday on Nov. 17 will be known in New Jersey as “Danny DeVito Day.”
The festival continues through Sunday.
