The nation's top infectious disease expert, Dr.
Anthony Fauci, is among the health experts now recommending people wear two
masks, saying two is better than one when it comes to protecting against
COVID-19.
The news comes as
the highly contagious U.K. variant continues to spread in the United States.
Dr. Fauci calls it common
sense, but the CDC has not revised its guidance.
The agency still calls for Americans to wear one mask with two or more layers.
