Anheuser-Busch has sold its former Newark facility.

The facility was sold to the Goodman Group for $350 million. It is an industrial development company.

The landmark Anheuser-Busch factory closed in December.

The iconic eagle sign that sat on top of the factory was taken down in January and was brought to Anheuser-Busch’s St. Louis location.
