A lawsuit, filed by a loan officer, is claiming American Dream Mall in East Rutherford has failed to pay any of its loans or interest.
The loan is $300 million on top of $89,000 in interest that the megamall owes. The lawsuit was filed in New York supreme court.
American Dream first opened in 2019 and features numerous stores and attractions, including Big Snow indoor skiing and snowboarding park, a Nickelodeon Universe Theme Park, a luxury wing, and more.
