The man charged with killing the CEO of United Healthcare is expected to be in a Manhattan courtroom on Monday.

Luigi Mangione is facing state and federal charges in the fatal shooting of United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson outside of a Manhattan hotel on Dec. 4.

The 26-year-old is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on the state charges, which includes murder as an act of terrorism.

The Ivy League graduate was arrested in Altoona, Pennsylvania, on Dec. 9 after a customer inside of a McDonald's recognized him.

He was extradited from Pennsylvania back to New York City on Thursday.

Mayor Eric Adams and NYPD Commissioner Jessica Tisch were among the entourage that escorted Mangione from the Wall Street helipad to the van that took him to the courthouse.

Mangione appeared in a packed courtroom to face the federal crimes he’s accused of committing.

He’s being held without bail.

The high-profile case may involve two separate trials: state and federal.

If convicted, Mangione could face the death penalty or life in prison.
