A Morris County couple accused of being Peeping Toms are now trying to get the charges against them dropped.
Police say Lawrence Kane and Ruth Kohn took pictures of women?s body parts this past summer. The pictures were taken during public gatherings across Morris County. Authorities say the photos focused on partially exposed backsides and girls? inner thighs.
The pair is facing charges of invasion of privacy. However, the couple?s attorney is asking a Superior Court judge to toss out the indictment. The attorney maintains the two were well within their rights to take the photos.
