The couple accused of hoarding nearly 300 dogs inside their Howell home has been issued nearly 400 summonses by Animal Control.
The couple received 200 summons for the dogs having no licenses.
An additional 200 summons were issued for the dogs not having rabies vaccines.
Officials say these are only summonses and not criminal charges.
