More than 70 pounds of drugs were seized from the parking lot of Hamilton Marketplace in Hamilton Township.
The bust happened Sunday.
According to officials, they found 51 pounds of meth and 20 pounds of heroin.
Gabriel Acosta, 29, and Oscar Perez Jr., 23, both of California, appeared in court Monday on multiple drug and conspiracy charges.
A judge ordered both men detained.
Federal agents had set up surveillance for the sting.
Authorities say the State Police and Drug Enforcement Administration assisted in the investigation.
Acosta and Perez face up to life in prison and a mandatory minimum of 10 years if convicted.
