Five students at The College of New Jersey say they're being discriminated against what they call the school's ‘'unconstitutional’ COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The mandate requires all students without exemptions to get vaccinated
against COVID-19 in order to attend in-person classes.
Their attorney says the
students are being forced to undergo weekly testing, despite having medical or
religious vaccine exemptions.
Their attorney filed the
lawsuit Monday in Trenton in federal court.
The school does not allow exemptions
and is defending its policy.
