Five students at The College of New Jersey say they're being discriminated against what they call the school's ‘'unconstitutional’ COVID-19 vaccine mandate.
The mandate requires all students without exemptions to get vaccinated against COVID-19 in order to attend in-person classes.

Their attorney says the students are being forced to undergo weekly testing, despite having medical or religious vaccine exemptions.
