Detectives are investigating three separate shootings that took place in Trenton over the weekend.
The state attorney general's office says a state trooper shot and wounded a 14-year-old boy who was in possession of a weapon. The teen is hospitalized with injuries that aren't considered to be life-threatening.
Police say another shooting on Locust Street left a 21-year-old injured.
The third shooting reportedly took place on Chestnut Avenue, leaving a man injured after he was shot and robbed.
