The search for a young girl continues Thursday after the discovery of a 10-year-old boy’s body in the Passaic River.
Mayor Hector Lora says the boy, his 11-year-old sister and their 10-year-old friend, also a girl, went into the river on Wednesday. Only one of them made it out safely.
The boy’s body was recovered around 10 p.m., according to officials. The 10-year-old girl remains missing.
