Saanvi Rao will throw out the ceremonial first pitch during the Thunder’s “Garden State Night” after earning the Girl Scouts’ prestigious Gold Award for a project focused on reducing fast fashion waste.
The celebration will also feature a special jersey auction, with the Thunder’s “Fighting Finches” jerseys benefiting Girl Scouts of Central and Southern New Jersey.
