The FIFA World Cup returns to MetLife Stadium on Tuesday as France takes on Sweden in a knockout-round match scheduled for 5 p.m., during the height of the evening commute.

Another sellout crowd is expected at MetLife Stadium, which has drawn near-capacity attendance throughout the tournament. The expanded World Cup has already set an attendance record across host sites in North America, surpassing the previous mark established during the 1994 tournament, which was also hosted in New Jersey.

Travelers should expect NJ Transit service changes for about three hours before and after the match.

During that period, trains departing New York Penn Station will be reserved for passengers traveling to the game. Riders heading to other destinations from New York Penn Station will need to use PATH service or an NJ Transit bus.
