Barnegat man charged after damaging office of U.S. Attorney Alina Habba in Newark

The FBI says 51-year-old Keith Michael Lisa of Barnegat is accused of having a weapon and damaging property at the federal building last week.

A man from Ocean County is facing felony charges after allegedly damaging property in the office of acting U.S. Attorney Alina Habba.

The FBI says 51-year-old Keith Michael Lisa, of Barnegat, is accused of having a weapon and damaging property at the federal building last week.

Habba's office says the man first tried to enter with a baseball bat but was denied entry.

Officials say Lisa later ditched the bat and returned, making it through security.

Lisa is accused of knocking frames off the walls and damaging property in the reception area.
