A man has been charged with aggravated manslaughter and vehicular homicide for a deadly crash in Carteret, according to police.
Authorities say the incident took place on the West Carteret Bridge on Jan. 11.
Cristina Flores, of Woodbridge, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Jair Montero-Moran was hospitalized with serious injuries and later arrested.
