Multiple towns continue to deal with storm damage cleanup due to strong winds and heavy rains that slammed parts of New Jersey this week.

News 12’s Ali Reid visited Leonia where downed trees and wires continue to impact the area. Almost all power from PSE&G is back on as of Friday morning.

Broad Avenue reopened Friday after being closed for several hours on Thursday due to the strong winds that took down seven utility poles.

Students at Leonia Middle School returned to the classroom Friday morning after being off Thursday due to downed poles that were knocked down, causing power outages for many parts of the borough.
