Prosecutors: Off-duty officer saw shooting, fatally shot man
<p>Authorities say an off-duty police officer fatally shot a man after he saw him shoot and wound another person. Essex County prosecutors say the shooting occurred around 1 p.m. Saturday in East Orange.</p>
